The Nevada Gaming Commission is apparently still going ahead with more punitive penalties on Mr Wynn.\u00a0 Steve Wynn’s attorneys are arguing that since he is no longer in the gaming industry should not be subject to the Nevada Gaming Commission<\/a>‘s attacks on him. However, the NGC has been very vehement and determined in going ahead with the penalties and punitive measures that they have set out for Steve Wynn.\u00a0 The gaming commission reiterates that it needs to set a strong example of how they deal with any misconduct that besmirches the name of Casino gaming and the industry in Nevada. Find out how the Nevada Gaming Commission proposes to proceed and what winds attorneys have to say about the issue.<\/p>\n On the 19th of December there was a unanimous decision from the Nevada Gaming Commission to go ahead with more penalties against disgraced Steve Wynn.\u00a0 Mr Wynn attorneys have argued that the gaming commission has no jurisdiction all the steamy now that he is no longer part of the gaming industry.
