How to Play the Proposition Bet
In order to make a craps proposition bet on the table, the casino player has to toss their chips to the stickman who stands normally in the center of the table. The player will then call out their bet that they want to place. Proposition bets in online craps real money can be done at any point during the game. It is important however to know that you should make sure to do them prior to the stickman pushing the dice to the craps shooter. It is considered poor etiquette to toss casino chips into the center of the craps table when the craps shooter is getting ready to roll the dice.
There are many different proposition bets that the casino player can place such as any 7, which usually has a payout of 4 to 1; any craps, which is a one roll bet that predicts the dice will land on a craps number; craps 2, which is predicts that the number will be 2; craps 3, which bets that the number will be a 3; the infamous Yo-Eleven, which predicts that the number rolled will be 11. The payout for a Yo-Eleven is 15 to 1. There is also craps 12, which is a bet that predicts that the number rolled will be a 12. If a 12 is rolled on a proposition bet, the payout is 30 to 1.
There is also what is known as horn bets, which is a combination of four numbers. The casino player must wager in multiples of four dollars denoting one dollar for each of the four numbers. If any of the numbers are rolled by the craps shooter, the casino player will receive the amount for a single bet with three dollars subtracted for the numbers that did not win. Some players often wager in $5 bills. This is considered the Horns High. In this case, one number is selected as the high number and $2 is bet on that number.
It is essential to remember to tell the stickman when you want to wager a craps proposition bet.
